Returns & Exchanges

At STARTER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the packing slip provided in your portal download.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
